Education:

Educated Pet owners take better care of their pets! Education is the cornerstone of our practice ethic. We take time to listen to your concerns and to talk to you about your pet's problems.

Preventive Medicine:

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! We recommend twice a year wellness exams for all patients, dental care, monthly parasite prevention, heartworm prevention for all dogs and cats, and annual vaccinations. Contact our office for information on a personalized vaccination program for your pet!

Laboratory Services:

We believe in providing you with the most state of the art diagnostic and treatment options available in veterinary medicine. To assist us in caring for your pet, we have the following services available in house with results available in less than half an hour:

Surgery/Anesthesia:

We use the same types of anesthesia that human hospitals use, guaranteeing your pet the safest anesthetic procedure possible. All our patients receive a thorough physical exam prior to surgery, at which time we will discuss the need for preanesthetic laboratory testing for your pet. Our surgical patients recover in heated recovery cages and we have an Intensive Care Unit available if needed. We perform all of the following types of anesthetic procedures:

Routine spay/neuter

Dental - prophylactic cleanings and dental surgery

Soft tissue surgery

Orthopedic surgery

Exotic Medicine:

Dr. Kate loves playing with all the cute, furry, fuzzy, scaled, or feathered friends out there and strives to provide top quality preventive care and education for owners of exotic pets. We can also perform some surgical procedures on most exotic pets.

Pharmacy Services:

We routinely stock most of the medications your pet needs right here in the clinic. We also offer a free prescription mailing services for client’s convenience.

Retail Services:

We believe strongly in nutrition as part of your pet’s wellness care. To that end, we stock some of the best nutritional supplements and pet foods on the market. In addition to flea and tick preventatives, we also carry a complete line of shampoos and other products for your pet.
